The worker involved in the Bellevue crane collapse that killed a Microsoft lawyer is suing the crane company.
Seattle Times reporter Jennifer Sullivan has the story about crane operator Warren Yeakey who was in the cab of a 210-foot crane that fell on a building in downtown Bellevue in 2006, killing Matthew Ammon. Ammon, 31, was an attorney at Microsoft.
Yeakey is suing Seattle contractor Lease Crutcher Lewis and Seattle engineering firm Magnusson Klemencic Associates for injuries from the collapse, according to Sullivan's story.
